simse is the project manager for AI work. It plans a project, assigns each task to the model best suited to it, and keeps large projects consistent. Building it is hard systems and ML work: the models, and the platform that plans and runs the work around them.

The way we work is the job description. Specs over conversations. Numbers over opinions. One source of truth per fact. Whoever runs the work owns the spec. Ship small, ship today, fix forward.

We are direct, honest about trade-offs, and technical when it helps. We say what we chose against, and we treat engineering reality as ground truth.
